Inside the product
From rules to real situations.
The learning flow connects a short explanation to the situation where it matters. Authentic app screens are shown in Danish.
01 / LEARNING FLOW
- 01Understand the rule
- 02Read the situation
- 03Get the explanation

02 / MOTIVATION
Progress you can see.

The garage makes effort visible. Practice earns Boosters that shape the vehicle — from restoration to individual details.
Earned in the app. Never bought.
03 / HELP IN CONTEXT
A calm guide. With sources.

Sneglen draws on the app's rule cards, shows sources and can follow up with a quiz. Help stays close to the material being practised.
AI help in a beta. Check rules with your driving instructor.

Case study
01
Context & problem
Make Danish category B driving theory easier to return to through short, connected learning sessions.
02
Users
Learners preparing for the Danish category B theory test who want to practise rules and traffic situations.
03
My responsibility
I shaped the independent product direction, learning experience, UX/UI and frontend implementation.
04
Research & evidence
The live beta provides the evidence: rule cards, illustrated traffic situations, sources and a connected learning flow.
05
Design decisions
Ten topics connect concise rule cards to illustrated situations and immediate explanations; spaced repetition invites learners back to material over time.
06
Technical implementation
The interactive frontend connects lessons, practice, feedback and a timed 25-situation practice exam with a garage and earned Boosters for vehicle upgrades.
07
Process
A character-led experience moves from learning a rule to applying it, receiving feedback and returning to a restorative scooter and car garage.
08
Testing & evaluation
The mobile-first beta makes it possible to try the flow from a lesson to a situation, feedback and returning to practice.
09
Final result
A live beta brings lessons, practice, spaced repetition, an exam simulation and Sneglen, an AI helper grounded in rule cards with sources and a quiz, into one experience.
10
Limitations & learning
This is not the official theory test. AI can make mistakes, and no independent study establishes its learning effect or exam outcomes.
